Twenty Team Canada athletes are growing their leadership through the NCCP Coach Education Grant, including our very own Ngaire Barraclough ✨

Ngaire represented Team Canada at the 2021 and 2025 UCI Track World Championships as well as at editions of the Commonwealth Games and Pan American Games 🇨🇦 

Through the NCCP Coach Education Grant, athletes receive support to pursue formal coach education and build the skills needed to guide the next generation. We’re beyond proud to see Ngaire take this next step in her journey and bring her high‑performance experience forward into coaching!

Vingt athlètes de l'équipe canadienne développent leurs compétences en leadership grâce à la bourse de formation des entraîneurs du PNCE, parmi lesquels notre propre Ngaire Barraclough ✨

Ngaire a représenté l'équipe canadienne aux Championnats du monde de cyclisme sur piste UCI de 2021 et 2025, ainsi qu'à plusieurs éditions des Jeux du Commonwealth et des Jeux panaméricains 🇨🇦

Grâce à la bourse de formation des entraîneurs du PNCE, les athlètes bénéficient d’un soutien pour suivre une formation officielle d’entraîneur et acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour guider la prochaine génération. Nous sommes extrêmement fiers de voir Ngaire franchir cette nouvelle étape dans son parcours et mettre son expérience de haut niveau au service de l’entraînement !
