The first NICA Canada league will take place in the Ottawa Gatineau region. Known for it’s engaged riding community and fantastic terrain the area will be a great place for NICA to put down routes in Canada. To make any league a success teams are needed to make up the league. If you’re interested in starting a team in the inaugural league  we invite you to head over to the NICA Canada site and fill out the form (TKTKDOUBLE CHECKTKTK) to get involved.  

What else does a team need? Coaches of course. NICA is extremely proud of its high athlete to coach ratio, striving for a 2:1 ratio on each of it’s teams. Parents, are of course heavily encouraged to get involved as coaches and there will be clear accreditation pathways to help them get started.  If you’re interested in becoming a coach click below for more information.

Learn more! Throughout the fall NICA Canada will be hosting information nights in Ottawa and Gatineau. The first will be at the finale of the BT Twilight Series on August 26th. Local retailers will be hosting information nights on both sides of the river. and we’ll be hosting community information nights in Ottawa on September 11^th and in Chelsea on September 18^th.
