OTTAWA, ON (Sep 19, 2025) – Cycling Canada is proud to announce the national team roster for Rounds 5 and 6 of the 2025 BMX Racing World Cups set to take place in Santiago del Estero, Argentina from September 20 to 22. This international competition marks a key milestone in the BMX calendar, offering Canadian athletes the opportunity to compete against the world’s best in a high-stakes environment.
“We’re excited to have a mix of seasoned and development athletes getting an opportunity to compete on the world stage,” says Adam Muys, Cycling Canada’s National Team Coach.
Most of the group are development athletes, while Molly Simpson brings valuable international experience, including a Pan American Games silver medal and a top five finish at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Earlier this season, she also became the first Canadian woman to win a BMX World Cup event, adding to her growing list of accomplishments. Congratulations to all athletes and strong performances are expected as these athletes take on this international event in Santiago del Estero.
