Game Plan – Canada’s Total Athlete Wellness Program: Game Plan, Canada’s national athlete total wellness program, supports and empowers high-performance athletes to pursue excellence during and beyond their sporting careers. Taking a proactive approach to total athlete wellness, the program is designed to help athletes navigate change and focus on performing when it matters most.
  2. LifeWorks: Official Mental Health Partner of the COC and CPC, Lifeworks offers free access to a 24/7 helpline, short-term counselling, self-directed mental health programs, group therapy, and several health maintenance tools.

  3. Canadian Centre for Mental Health and Sport: A collaborative sport-focused mental health care team. Access to care for athletes is subsidized by Game Plan (learning more about funding)
  4. AbilitiCBT App: offered by LifeWorks, it is an online, therapist-assisted program accessible on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
