Advancement Program
The Advancement Program is a unique opportunity to bring athletes together – building friendships and camaraderie with athletes from across Canada. It is also an opportunity to learn techniques, tactics, and concepts that can help athletes to progress rapidly in the sport. The program is targeted at U17 and U19 athletes who aspire to be national team riders in the future.
The Canadian MTB XCO/XCC Championships will host a 30-minute Advancement Seminar on Friday July 21st at 5:15PM at the same location as the managers meeting, lead by National Team Coach Catharine Pendrel and National Team athlete Andrew L’Esperance. A pre-ride session will also be held on Thursday July 20th at 10:00AM. Please contact catharine.pendrel@cyclingcanada.ca for more details, and to RSVP with your NAME and AGE, if interested.
