CYCLING CANADA TRACK ATHLETES SET TO COMPETE AT TWO TRACK WORLD CUPS 

OTTAWA ON (April 14, 2026) – Cycling Canada is thrilled to announce the athletes selected to represent Canada at the next two rounds of the 2026 UCI Track World Cup, taking place April 17–19 in Hong Kong, China, and April 24–26 in Nilai, Malaysia. The team recently wrapped up a two‑week training camp at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre, where Canadian athletes dialed in their preparation across sprint and endurance disciplines. 

“We are all looking forward to our first World Cup of the year. This event is crucial for the team as we strive to qualify for this year’s World Championships,” said Cycling Canada Director of Endurance & National Team Coach Phil Abbott. “The track endurance program has joined track sprint for the final two weeks in Milton in preparation for the World Cup.”
